The YFS Gala 2025 held at The Edition Singapore on August 30, brought together partners, supporters, alumni, and leaders for a high-energy celebration of impact and ambition.
The evening spotlighted YFS’s bold vision for the future, including its shift toward an AI-first approach to education and the commitment to reaching 1 million students by 2030. Powerful alumni stories underscored the real-world change driven by YFS programs, while a vibrant closing performance ended the night with momentum and excitement.
The gala reinforced YFS’s mission, celebrated its growing global community, and secured key support for international expansion.

SG120 Student Showcase
SG120 featured a TED-style showcase by five exceptional students from Singapore, who presented bold visions of the nation in 2085, 60 years into the future.
Selected by an eminent panel of judges, the finalists underwent a rigorous 7-week mentorship journey with industry leaders, refining their ideas, storytelling, and stage presence to deliver compelling 7-minute talks. Their presentations explored themes including mental health, AI, art, and science, offering a powerful glimpse into the future through the lens of youth.
The event also included a keynote by Ian Chung from the Singapore Global Network and a high-energy performance by the Temasek A Cappella Band, making it an inspiring and memorable afternoon.

YFS Gala 2024 Highlights
Held at The Edition Hotel in Singapore, the YFS Gala 2024 brought together over 330 entrepreneurs, leaders, and supporters united by a shared mission: expanding access to world-class entrepreneurship education and internship opportunities for high school students globally.
The evening featured inspiring talks by Gene Yu (Blackpanda), Crispian Farrow, Chris Geary, and Billy Naveed, alongside major announcements welcoming new sponsors Scalo Tech and Smile Group.
Hosted by Diane Britt, the program included a dynamic auction led by Rob Garrett and live performances by Lyla Tan and Malpractice, making it a memorable night of celebration, connection, and commitment to impact.
