How the Mentorship Process Works

Mentorship Framework

The company volunteer acts as mentor and supervisor, setting project delivery expectations and providing feedback throughout the internship process.

Student Project

Mentors have access to a curated list of templated projects, each of which can be tailored or customised based on the mentor’s expertise or the host company’s needs.

Engagement Hours

Mentors engage with students for one hour each week over a 4–6 week program.

Sharing

Through internship projects, mentors share valuable industry knowledge and insights with students.
