  • Students are matched thoughtfully based on their skills, interests, and availability. Each participant completes a pre-internship profile to ensure the best fit.

  • The internship is designed to be flexible. Students can adjust their weekly hours to balance academic commitments or travel plans.

  • The internship is primarily virtual, with select companies offering hybrid opportunities where available.

  • Students require a laptop, reliable internet access, and the ability to meet mentors on a weekly basis.

  • Progress is supported through regular mentor check-ins, with additional guidance from Young Founders School facilitators.

  • Students receive a certificate of completion along with a portfolio-ready project that showcases their work.
