Through this collaboration, we successfully implemented the Ideation Workshop Program and the Startup Bootcamp, engaging more than 800 secondary school students in northern Nigeria. NGOs, nonprofits, foundations, youth groups, and community organisations are all welcome to apply. If you work with young people and want to expand access to real-world skills and career exposure, YFS is designed to support you.
Many YFS programs are offered at no cost to community partners, and scholarships are available for eligible organisations. We work closely with partners to ensure programs remain accessible and inclusive.
Participation is flexible. Programs can support small cohorts or scale to serve up to 100 students or more, depending on your needs and capacity.
YFS provides complete program support, including curriculum, training, onboarding, mentorship access, and facilitation guidance, ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience for both students and partners.
Students gain practical, real-world skills, exposure to internships and industry pathways, improved confidence, and globally recognised learning experiences that prepare them for future careers.
