Why Do We Do
What We Do?
At YFS, we believe in bridging the gap left by traditional education systems. We prepare underserved students for the workforce by:
Teaching entrepreneurship and work-ready courses in collaboration with schools and partners.
Providing internships to give students real-world experiences, helping them develop practical skills for their future careers.
Given the current challenges societies face, few needs are more critical than preparing students for their futures.

Who Are Our Students?
YFS focuses on secondary school students, particularly those from underserved backgrounds. We operate on a ‘Robin Hood’ model, where we charge those who can afford it to help deliver our courses and internships to underserved students. Last year, 99% of our course students and 85% of our internships were provided free of charge, thanks to the generosity of donors like you.
How Do We Do This?
Courses
At YFS, we believe in bridging the gap left by traditional education systems. Our students pickup critical skills through our entrepreneurship workshops and Bootcamps.
Internship Program
The YFS internship program is a 4-8 week immersive experience. Students dedicate 4 hours per week to complete supervised projects in collaboration with YFS and our company partners. This program provides students with the opportunity to work on real-world projects from actual businesses, pushing them out of their comfort zones and preparing them for future careers.
