1  Purpose

Young Founders School Ltd. (registration no. 201543211Z) regularly photographs, records audio, and films video footage of its programmes, events and participants to celebrate achievements, share impact, and promote its mission of entrepreneurial education. To comply with privacy laws and best practice, we require your permission to capture and use your image, voice and/or creative work in YFS media.

2  What You Are Agreeing To

By participating in YFS programmes, events or activities, you (or your parent/guardian, if you are a minor) grant YFS the right to:

1. Record & capture your likeness, voice, name, and any materials you present or submit (collectively "Media").

2. Use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform and display the Media—either in whole or in part—for YFS‑related purposes including:

   • marketing and promotional content (brochures, websites, social media, press releases, newsletters, fundraising decks);

   • educational materials and online courses;

   • event livestreams and recordings;

   • reports to donors, partners and grant makers.

3. Store the Media in secure YFS systems and third‑party cloud platforms used for programme operations (e.g. Google Drive, Airtable).

4. Share the Media with trusted partners (e.g. host companies, media outlets, venue operators) solely in connection with YFS activities.

This permission is world‑wide, royalty‑free, perpetual and irrevocable, unless withdrawn under Section 6 below.

3  No Compensation & No Further Approval

You understand that:

• No payment or other consideration will be provided for the rights granted under this release.

• YFS may reuse the Media across multiple campaigns without further notification or approval.

• YFS will not use the Media for endorsements unrelated to its nonprofit mission.

4  Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the YFS Privacy Policy and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). For inquiries, contact info@youngfoundersschool.com.

5  Risk & Indemnity

You release and discharge YFS, its officers, employees and agents from any claims arising out of the use of the Media as described, including any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or violation of moral rights.

6  Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@youngfoundersschool.com. YFS will cease new uses of the Media within a reasonable period but cannot recall materials already published.
